So…I heart the new Gatorade commercial. It has this freakishly catchy tune with a great message that simultaneuously makes me want to go rewatch all sorts of historic sports moments, find someone who can teach me some of Muhammad Ali’s fancy footwork, and then run all the way to a place of worship so that I can yell Hallelujah! Pretty powerful, hunh?  The first time I saw the advertisement I believe I was watching an episode of Glee (I heart that show too…chock full of positive messages), and I fell in love.  This commercial is spot on in appealing to the optimist in me.  The song, “Evolve” by Kevin Quinn, has some great motivational lyrics and the visuals of some of the greatest athletes of all times makes it a joy to watch. All in all, I think if one were in need of a positive pick me up, then this commercial would work just fine.  Favorite part… “No matter what they do, they cant break your stride. Revolution is a thing that starts inside, throw your hands up cuz ur frisked with pride. Hold your head high no need to hide.”  Enjoy, positive thinkers!
